Room Attendant Full Time

The Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross has 430 beautifully designed bedrooms, two restaurants, 6 state of the art Meeting & Event spaces, a Club Lounge, a Leisure Club with Swimming Pool.

Scope & Purpose of the Role

We are currently looking for Room Attendants. Applicants for the post will demonstrate flexibility with working hours as this position will involve shift patterns in the hours between 8am till 5pm, unless assigned evening duty, where the hours may vary depending on the needs of the business. You will be expected to work any day Monday – Sunday. We will also be flexible and try our best to accommodate candidate’s preference.

Room Attendants will be fully responsible for ensuring that we meet our guests’ expectations – from the cleaning perspective.

Duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning hotel bedrooms as per IHG and Company standards, assisting guests with any queries and requests they may have, assisting housekeeping supervisors with any housekeeping relating tasks, public area, conference and general area cleaning.

Entry Requirements
