Sous Chef Full Time

The Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel & Spa is expanding its team and looking for talented, hard-working Chefs at all levels but particularly a talented Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. Working in a very busy kitchen, making most of our menu from scratch, you will gain experience in ways most kitchens can’t offer. We have the privilege of hosting nearly 100 weddings and functions a year, so banqueting experience is essential.

We need excellent cooking skills and an ability to manage a team. Supervisory experience is essential, as well as kitchen management ie – ordering, stock control, Hygiene and HACCP.

Role of Sous Chef may include:

- Running the kitchen when the Head Chef is off

- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes

- Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene

- Follow the rules of health and safety

- Monitoring portion and waste control
