Kitchen staff Full Time

Duties and responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of menu composition and preparation rules;

• Timely preparation of the products with high quality, according to the existing recipes and standards;

• Storage of products according to standards;

• Ensuring the cleanliness of refrigerators and other appliances at all times;

• Assisting the shift manager in preparation of variety of products;

• Effective time management and organization in an active work environment;

• Adherence to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness;

• Effectively providing the manager of the department with detailed information

• Following IHG Hotels and Resorts International Standards and internal rules of the hotel at all times.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working on a similar position in a hotel;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Good communication skills;

• Attention to details.

• High sense of responsibility
