Receptionist Full Time

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Reception Team:

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have a friendly and outgoing personality
Be guest orientated and service minded
Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Previous experience as a hotel receptionist preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
Have a desire to learn and develop in a great environment
Demonstrate excellent standards of personal hygiene and be immaculately presented at all times
Responsibilities

Making reservations for the Hotel via telephone, email and face to face
Welcoming guests to the Hotel and ensuring a smooth check in and check out process
Dealing with guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay
Taking payments and completing end of day banking
