Chef De Partie Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our friendly team.

Salary: £27,000.00 per annum, plus service charge

Hours: Flexible for the very occasion. 45-hours with 2 days off per week.

 

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar high and fast-paced environment, is a highly motivated individual looking to progress within catering career, is competent in all areas of the kitchen, and with a good understanding of food, hygiene, and safety.

Main Duties:

· Conducting food preparation

· Catering for large parties as part of a team

· Conducting restaurant service

· Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in any section

· Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis working with you

· Be sure that excellent levels of food Hygiene are always in place.
