Bartender Full Time

We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Bartender to join our friendly team.

Full training will be provided by the Company if needed.

The ideal candidate for this position:

A previous experience in a similar role is appreciated but not essential.
Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests’ needs and requirements.
Must be flexible with regards to hours.
Must display excellent attention to detail & consistency.
Immaculate grooming standards.

Job role:

Advise guests on cocktail & wine choices.
Prepare cocktail orders and wine orders.
Create & develop cocktails to be included in the drinks menu.
Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from customers.
Clean bars & work areas.
You will gain an in-depth knowledge of all beverages and menu items.
To provide high-quality customer service ensuring customers have a memorable experience.
To ensure that adequate stocks of beverages are requisitioned on time.
To report any guest complaints and suggestions to the Manager on duty.
Service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as basic food and cocktail preparation.
