Room Attendant Full Time

General Duties:

To maintain the standards of service, hygiene and safety as set by the company within the housekeeping department, ensuring that all customers receive the level of service they may expect from a 5 star hotel.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • To service bedrooms and public areas as required
  • To carry out weekly and daily cleaning tasks as specified
  • To ensure that the corridors are cleaned to the standard expected
  • To understand the use of cleaning chemicals and the associated PPE for each.
  • To replenish guest supplies in the room as required
  • To report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department following the correct reporting procedures.
