General Duties:
To maintain the standards of service, hygiene and safety as set by the company within the housekeeping department, ensuring that all customers receive the level of service they may expect from a 5 star hotel.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To service bedrooms and public areas as required
- To carry out weekly and daily cleaning tasks as specified
- To ensure that the corridors are cleaned to the standard expected
- To understand the use of cleaning chemicals and the associated PPE for each.
- To replenish guest supplies in the room as required
- To report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department following the correct reporting procedures.
