General Responsibilities:
Assists the Hotel Management in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the Front Office, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping operations towards the attainment of the overall company objectives and operational goals.
Main Duties:
- Welcoming and greeting guests
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Familiarity with all room types, selling techniques, hotel facilities and services to assist the guest overnight.
- Liaising with other departments to address any problems or complaints made byguests
- To carry out weekly and daily cleaning tasks as specified.
- To assist with the cleaning of Public areas as required.
- Enforcing rules and policies of the hotel
