We are small independently owned daytime restaurant in Brighton, a busy city near the South coast of England.
We are passionate about good food, coffee and service.
We are looking for 2 chefs to join our team as we expand our restaurant to be double the covers. Do you want to be part of a small supportive team who cook interesting food using fresh seasonal ingredients? We have a brand new open kitchen and are located in the historic lanes of Brighton.
