To be successful the key qualifications and experience we need or prefer:

• Previous experience of working as a Sous Chef for minimum 1 year or 3 years as a CDP looking for promotion
• Experience of working in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong written and verbal English
• Strong team ethics
• Demonstrable employer loyalty
• Experience of 4- star hotels (preferred)
